We'd hate to see you go, but our Customer Happiness team can help you close your account. To expedite the process, take the following steps before reaching out to our team.
Step 1: Be sure to pause all your upcoming deposits and turn off Boost. This will ensure no more deposits are made while we process your request or return funds.
Step 2: Wait for any processing deposits to post. If you have any cash in your account, initiate a withdrawal. If you have investments, toggle your goal(s) to cash to initiate a sale of your shares. This takes 5-7 business days to complete, then you can withdraw your cash.
Step 3: Once your account is empty, you can request to close your account by emailing email@example.com. It may take us a day or two to reply, but we'll get back to soon.
Logging out of your account will not stop any pending or future transfers.
