For security and compliance, you can only have one funding account connected to your Rize account at any time. If you'd like to change the linked bank account, please reach out to our Customer Happiness team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why can't I do this myself?
For now, we assist with changing your linked bank to help you avoid reversal fees and ensure you have access to your funds at all times.
Please note: if you switch a funding account, you will have to wait 60 days before you can change it again.
If your Rize account is funded, the money in your account may be subject to a 60 day freeze after changing a funding account. Initiate a withdrawal to maintain access to your savings before changing your bank.
