Has your bank changed their security settings recently, or you've updated your credentials? We might need to do a manual refresh for you. Contact support and we'll get you back to saving.
My bank is connected, but my transfers keep failing.
Your transfers might fail if your overdraft protection is too high or if your bank is slow to approve the transfer. You can always make a manual deposit, but if the issue persists let us know.
I closed the funding account connected to my Rize account.
We suggest you withdraw funds from your Rize before closing your funding bank account. If you've already closed the account, we will need to remove your old credentails. We have to help with this - let us know
